This Valentine's Day, the ten outstanding winners of the DePaul Concerto Festival in Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, and Flute performed with the Oistrakh Symphony of Chicago. The OSC's renowned conductor Mina Zikri directed the winners in this free concert at DePaul University's Concert Hall.
